Welcome! Our Studio is for everybody and every body – You can attend our classes anytime. Classes have modifications to cater for everyone’s fitness journeys. Our Instructors receive a notification when You come to the Studio for Your first class with us, so You will be well looked after. To find out more about our classes, head over to the Classes page. If You would like to have a bit more attention before joining a group class, You can book a private session or semi-private, please email the Studio.
You can make your bookings and manage your account via the Log in section by clicking on Book Now button on the website. You need to sign up if you are a new client or login if you are an existing client. If you have forgotten your password click on Remind Password and follow the instructions on the email received. Alternatively our member app is perfect for managing Your bookings, memberships and account on the go. To download the app, follow the instructions here for Android phones. For Apple phones here. Once You have purchased a Membership in the Membership section, You can start booking in Your classes via the Timetable. Classes can be booked in 2 weeks in advance.
You can cancel Your booking up to 6 hours before the class start time to retain the class credit. The 6 hour cancelation policy is to ensure every Member has sufficient time to book a cancelled class placement and get ready for the class.
All of our instructors speak English, and since many of our customers do too, classes are available in English whenever needed.
To join a group class, sign up and start with our Welcome offer found in the memberships section. It includes 2 classes of your choice that you can book here. On your first visit, our instructors will guide you every step of the way, ensuring you feel comfortable. They’ll also share any special offers we' ve got going. In Voula, we offer a variety of fitness services in groups of 4-5 persons, including Total Body Reformer (up to 5 people), Dynamic Reformer (up to 5 people), Cadillac & Equipment (up to 5 people), Pilates Mat (up to 4 people), Functional Training (up to 4 people), Yoga, and Aerial Yoga (up to 4 people)
We also offer a range of wellness services, including Massage, Pressotherapy, LED Light Therapy, and Chiropractic.
In Athens centre we currently offer: Total Body Reformer in groups of 4 persons
In Kifisia we currently offer: Total Body Reformer and Yoga in groups of 4 persons

You can book the Wellness services you want, by logging in and clicking on Book Now button on the website. Then navigate to "Voula Wellness" and pick the service that you want. At check out you have the flexibility to utilize your Package , if you have purchased one, or pay separately.

Yes! LED light therapy is gentle, non-invasive, and safe for most people. However, if you are pregnant, have a photosensitive condition, take medications that increase light sensitivity, or have a history of seizures, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting. We’ll always make sure the treatment is right for you.
Pressotherapy is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment that’s safe and beneficial for most people. It can help improve circulation, reduce water retention, and support lymphatic drainage. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, or have a condition such as severe heart disease, deep vein thrombosis, or an active infection, we recommend speaking with your doctor first to make sure it’s right for you.
Chiropractic care is a safe, natural way to support spinal health, improve mobility, and relieve discomfort for most people. Every adjustment is tailored to your needs and comfort level. If you are pregnant, have severe osteoporosis, spinal fractures, advanced arthritis, cancer involving the spine, or certain neurological conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before beginning care. We’ll always review your health history to ensure treatments are safe and suitable for you.

Open the email received in safe (secret mode) on your browser and click again on the link provided. Now you should be able to type your new password and access the system.

From the hamburger menu (three bars at the top of your mobile screen): 1) Tap “Memberships” 2) Select “Purchased plans”. App users tap on the 3 dots to view membership’s details.
