In Voula, we offer a variety of fitness services in groups of up to 6 persons, including Total Body Reformer (up to 6 people), Dynamic Reformer (up to 6 people), Cadillac & Equipment (up to 6 people), Pilates Mat (up to 6 people), Functional Training (up to 6 people), Yoga, and Aerial Yoga (up to 4 people)
We also offer a range of wellness services, including Pressotherapy, LED Light Therapy, Infrared Sauna and Acupuncture.
At our studio in Voula we offer a range of wellness services, including, Pressotherapy, LED Light Therapy, and Infrared Sauna.
Both members and non-members can book these services.
