Unlike traditional steam saunas, infrared heat works directly on your body, helping you sweat more efficiently while feeling more comfortable. The sweat of people using an infrared sauna will not only contain water but will also contain cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, heavy metals, nicotine, sulfuric acid, ammonia, and other undesirable elements. Normal sweat produced by other methods, including exercise, is mostly water and sodium chloride (salt). It supports circulation, relaxes muscles, and helps reduce tension and soreness — ideal for recovery and everyday stress relief.

An infrared sauna uses dry heat that penetrates the body directly, helping you sweat, relax muscles, and support recovery more efficiently than traditional saunas.
If you have an active membership, you can access the Spot section in the booking system to reserve your session. Each sauna session uses 1 credit from your account. Alternatively, you can visit book.newtone.gr/plans to purchase a plan dedicated exclusively to sauna sessions. If You are not a Member and would like to book in a sauna session just for Yourself to enjoy, You need to create an account with us to purchase a pass and book Your session
The sauna can seat up to 2 people. Once You have booked the sauna, it is Yours to enjoy – whether You want to have it all for Yourself or share the experience with friends or family
Please bring one towel to sit on and another to dry off after your session. For clothing, less is best—swimwear or underwear is recommended so your skin can be as exposed as possible to benefit from the infrared heat. Please note that shower facilities are available. Make sure to stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session. Water and glasses are provided in the studio. You’re welcome to connect your phone via Bluetooth to enjoy music or podcasts, or simply relax with a book.
