Phase 1 – Building Strong Foundations

80 Hours

Location: Voula Academy Campus

Maria begins by developing a deep understanding of the Pilates method.

She learns:

  • Beginner Reformer Repertoire

Phase 2 – Expanding the Repertoire

120 Hours

By the end of this phase she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the Pilates repertoire and how to build safe, effective sessions for a wide range of clients.

Phase 3 – Learning Through Observation

40 Hours

20 Hours – Voula Studio

10 Hours – Kifisia Studio

Observe:

  • Client Assessments

10 Hours – Exarcheia Studio

Rather than simply watching exercises, Maria learns how experienced instructors communicate, manage different personalities, adapt classes and create exceptional client experiences.

Phase 4 – Communication & Coaching Skills

30 Hours

Location: Voula Academy Campus

Maria now develops one of the Academy’s defining competencies.

She learns:

Phase 5 – Client Interaction & Studio Operations

30 Hours

Phase 6 – Supervised Teaching Practice

100 Hours
